Foot File

Removes calluses and smoothes feet.  Use in gentle circular motions.

Pumice Stone

Pumice stone is used like a foot file, it is used wet in circular motions and smoothes the feet and calluses.

Cuticle Nippers

I usually don't encourage people to trim their own cuticles because over trimming, bleeding etc. can have great risks, including serious infection.  I would only recommend pushing your cuticles back and using a cream cuticle remover to dissolve the excess cuticle.

Nail File

Nail file is self explanatory.

Nail Brush

The nail brush is used wet with soap and cleans underneath and on top of the nails. Use gently.

Nail Clippers

Self-explanatory, mostly useful for the toe nails.  Try to cut straight across to prevent ingrown nails.

Orange Wood or Birch Wood Sticks

Used in place of a cuticle pusher, wrap cotton around the tip and push cuticles.  Also helps to clean up polish from around the nail, digs out dirt from underneath the nails.

Buffing Block

Start with the roughest side and gently buff your way to the smoothest side.  Do not overbuff or you will thin your nails
